Week 1 – The Great Lent
The first Sunday of great lent
Teaches us that heavenly gifts we must see
Seeking heaven rather than earth
Because where your treasure is there your heart will be
We are dust and we will return to dust
So We must focus on laying treasure above
For this world we live in is only temporary
So we must live by God’s love
We must let go of our earthly possessions
For they are not of any value or worth
Keeping a simple eye always
And laying all out treasure in heaven not on earth
No trouble or worry can ever shake us
For the Lord will protect us under His wing
He has prepared a place for his children
Because He is our Creator and Heavenly King
