This day we celebrate the day of your birth
And the coming of your flesh from the womb.
A vessel of worth provided by the Almighty’s hand
It did not come a single day too soon!
For the body is the vehicle of the Spirit
By which you serve, through God’s infinite grace.
A vessel of love roaming through the world
Showing God’s love to the entire human race.
So today we celebrate the day that our Lord
Picked His flower, to beautify the world of man.
To shine in the darkness and reveal His great light
That existed before the world first began.
